Great, local family-owned shop. Like a lot of people in the area, I've been using Don's for years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. First off, they fix everything including mowers, snowblowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, you name it. It's a friendly, family owned business and they won't take advantage of you. They'll take the equipment out of your car and load it for you, call you with an honest estimate, and their rates are very reasonable. A word to the wise: When it comes to equipment repair, don't wait until the first snowfall or the beginning of spring to bring your equipment in because THAT'S WHAT EVERYONE ELSE DOES. All mower shops get slammed during the busy season and you'll have to wait a while to get it back. Use your head and get your mower tuned in the winter and snowblower in the summer.

I mow with my father and brother-in-law. If they have to choose a mower 80% of the time they go for the Snapper Pro. More comnfortable, more power, and same cut quality as the Scag. Only time they choose the Scag is if it is early in the morning and it is really wet and thick grass. The Scag does do a little better in the thick wet grass, not that much though.

Excellent family run local business. Staff stayed late specifically to get my snow blower repaired and back to me before the storm blew in. Delivered it, and demonstrated it to start and work correctly. I'm elderly, so the pick-up and delivery service is a reward in itself. Other places quoted a very non-personal 1-2 week wait time. Don's listen to my situation, and did their best to accomodate it. Besides having knowledgable staff, their level of customer service is a role model for other business of all nature to follow.

I would like to thank Shannon, Jeff, and Scott for not only fixing my snow blower but for also being honest and fair on their pricing. If I ever need your service again I will not hesitate to bring my business back to you. Thanks again, Perry

Jeff is a people person. He has a business that outshines all other lawn equipment. He goes the extra mile to assist a customer and finds the right part. He'll even suggest another place to go if he can't supply the repair or part. This is where I would send my wife if I couln't make it there myself. And you know how most repairmen treat women with mechanical equipment.

They do great work at a fair price! Also, I have always found them to be kind and they answer the phone when called. All around a great Plymouth staple, especially with the places disappearing from downtown I am glad that we still have a place to take our equipment in Plymouth.

I took a sachs dolmar chainsaw there to get the kill switch replaced. This saw is 40 years old so I had doubts that it would be repaired. Not only did they repair it. They repaired it while I was there and it only took a few min. Very professional company and polite staff. I will go back here again for any small engine repairs. Thanks guys!!!

I have had the good fortune to have met Jeff, the owner of Don's Small Engine some 20+ years ago. Jeff and his staff have been a pleasure to work with since day one. They are upfront on the estimated cost of the job and they do it right the first time, a big issue for me as I bank on having my equipment in top operational condition, any downtime kills me when my chain saw, tractor, rototiller, etc. is out of commission. When I can't fix it, I ALWAYS go to Jeff and his team. They are truly pros in their field. No one does it better than the crew at Don's Small Engine!

I have done business with Don's over the years. Tune-ups, repairs, etc. They always do quality work. Early this past summer I bought a used mower "as is". It worked great all season but it broke down late Sept. Brought it back to the shop where I was told it was unrepairable. Although there was no warranty, the owner agreed to replace it with one of equal value no charge. They truly stand by their work. A+

We've been using Don's since we moved to Plymouth in 1996. I was referred to Don's by a friend Keith Longuski - Thanks Keith. I had an issue with a Generator and it was fixed in three days not three weeks. Jeff told me it could be up to $275.00 if a few parts were bad and I walked out the door with a $45.00 bill. When's the last time you've been to an honest repair shop? Not only was the service GREAT it was half the cost that the other local repair shops quoted me. I currently use and consult Jeff and his staff from the purchasing of new products to the repair of old ones. I bought my son a motorcycle and Jeff looked it over to let me know if was a good or bad decision. Jeff & Staff thanks for always taking care of the West Family....

After using a other local repair shop I tried Don's. I've been completely happy with both the pricing and the service. I have had tune ups to both my snowblower and lawnmower. No problems. Have taken mower blades in to be sharpened and both times they were done while I waited. The last repair shop I waited 10 days. Don's is what I classify as excellent service. Would highly recommend this repair facility.

Just wanted to let you know that the repair on my snowblower was fantastic, just went out in that wet heavy 6 inch snow, and went through it like 2 inch of power. Just wanted to say THANK YOU and great job.
